Booking Process
- Availability
It is important to contact us so that we can confirm to you the availability
of the house on the dates which you wish. - Rental price
The rental prices are available under the tab ”Prices/calendar”. If the number of nights is different from a multiple of 7, it is necessary to use the nightly rate:
Example : 10 days Mid season (USD) = 1000 + (170 x 3) = 1510 - Booking confirmation
Any booking can be taken into account after reception of the booking form completed, and by the payment of a Deposit of USD 250 or EUR 200 or GBP 180 within 7 days after your booking. - Deposit
The deposit has two functions :- Rental guarantee = It is not refundable in case of cancellation
- Damage guarantee = An inventory of fixtures is made after your stay by our local representative. As soon as he has confirmed us that no significant damage has arisen, this deposit will be returned to you within one month.
- Balance
The payment of the rent must be entirely done 10 weeks before the departure, at the risk of cancellation of this one. Payments are made by bank transfers on current account in our names, in the USA for payments in Dollar, in France or in Luxembourg for payments made in Euros, and in England for payments in British pound. The banking references will be communicated to you after the booking request. - Late booking
In case of booking made less than 10 weeks before the departure, the full payment of the rental price and the deposit will be due at the time of booking. - Payments receipt
Every time a payment is made (deposit or payment of the rent), a receipt will be sent to you by email. - Informations concerning the villa
The information concerning the villa (adress, access map, locker code...) will be sent to you after full payment of the rental price.
IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMANDED THAT ADEQUATE TRAVEL/HOLIDAY/MEDICAL INSURANCE BE ARRANGED FOR ALL MEMBERS OF THE PARTY AT THE TIME OF BOOKING IN ORDER TO COVER THE EVENTUALITY OF CANCELLATION FOR REASONS BEYOND THEIR CONTROL.
